Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from my mother and oldest sister. I choose a dish that embodies taste and technique from each of them. I oftentimes pair these two dishes together at a family gathering and it always brings back memories and sparks conversation that we share as a family.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use a portion of it as a down payment on a home. I currently live in a 1 bedroom apartment and when my family comes over for gatherings it’s a little cramped. I would also donate some to Cancer research, my sister passed from cancer in 2023 and I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in June of 2025, but with God’s Grace, mercy and blessing they caught it before it spread.
