Who is your culinary inspiration?My family, Mom, Dad and Aunts. My family taught basics of cooking, food safety etc. My Aunt had two restaurants and was a catering so I worked with her for over 30 years.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to invest in a small Cafe. But most of all making sure I do something special for my family.
