Receive Text UpdatesI have many dishes I would say are my signature. As of late though I’ve master a chicken and seafood gumbo with an infused rice, garnished with a colorful micro greens.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration started when I was in grammar school. I was chosen to be in a culinary class that featured meals from different countries and cultures around the world. That was hosted at Kennedy king college right around the time the got a series of state of the art kitchens.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the 25,000 I will most likely put it toward opening up a restaurant. I’ve curated multiple different menus for various style restaurants. I have a few ideas that I think will yield success, while also becoming a stable in any community.
