I don't really have a signature dish. I truly enjoy cooking, with brunch and Mexican food being my favorite. I also love the Portuguese food my Avo left me. My Grandma was from Oklahoma and I've nailed down her biscuits and gravy! Everyday I try to learn something new. It's inspiring!

I have so many! My family is at the forefront everything! I love chefs that put a humble spin on recipes and teach you something you didn't know you needed. I became a custom cake decorator through watching hundreds of videos and watching baking shows. I've done everything to teach myself how to execute them correctly with incredible flavors. I now have multiple cake orders a month and get to use my own creativity, which is such a blessing!

I'd definitely pay off some bills. Been trying really hard but with the cost of living in a single household in California has become very hard. Then I'd update my baking supplies and truly put myself out there for the world to see what I'm capable of. Life is a blessing and should I be picked, it'd mean the world to me and I'd be forever grateful to learn and grow in life! Thank you for this incredible opportunity!
