Receive Text UpdatesMy classic dish that brings me delight from the tool box from my history is a Pheasant Crepinette. This brings flavor, technique and utilization. Braising meats or simply roasting a great high grade chicken and integrating flavors that are familiar to people while preparing the correct textures to each part of the dish. The marrying of them to a harmonious bite is the conclusion.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I was inspired at a young age watching my grandmother in the kitchen. This stuck in my DNA and I was guided by creator ever since. I’m inspired by all chefs who pour their energy into this craft with humility, authenticity and class
What would you do with the $25,000?I believe this will come to me, but I am currently exploring building a community hub with the best sourced water, food and intention of gathering. Breaking bread is connection and spirit of humanity and sharing REAL, Raw life and strengthen through each other.
