Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration came from two people my father and my grandmother. My grandmother was totally blind, and she still made the best fried chicken I’ve ever eaten in my life. My father was a military veteran and I was always inspired, but what he cooked.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the money, I would probably donate it to a culinary Institute to aspire young chefs for the future. That would also include my son who is learning to become a chef.
