Who is your culinary inspiration?I have many inspirations. My mom my grandfather, I have grew up watching my mother cook and hearing stories of my grandfather cook. I have also watched many cooking stars etc Bobby Flay, G. Garvin, and Gordon Ramsey just to name a few. The thought of how they connect to the public through food is major to me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would help my daughter continue her college education to become a Petroleum Engineer. Also expand where I can do what I love on a full-time basis.
