Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom was an inspiration in the kitchen. She cooked good old fashion Southern Cooking. My brother who worked in the restaurant industry and is a self trained chef taught me a lot. Some of my favorite celebrity chefs. Growing up and eating mom’s southern cooking created so many memories. Food brings people together to share incredible experiences while creating lasting memories.
What would you do with the $25,000?My daughter is a student at Hawaiʻi Pacific University. She just completed her freshman year with a GPA of 3.7. I would use the money to help pay for her college and future.
