Who is your culinary inspiration?I’ve had so many, it is hard to list! I really do get inspired by a chef that can make a dish that keeps me coming back to his/her restaurants.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’ve been considering either putting an outdoor kitchen, or since I live in a condo and can’t do that, improving my kitchen with food dryers and processing equipment. I make my own wine so I would improve my wine cellar so when guests come over, They have more of a choice of wine and a much nicer winery to look at in my basement. The last $10,000 (minimum) would go to a local public soup kitchen to help improve their kitchen and the way they deliver meals to the homeless.
