Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from the many great mentors I’ve had throughout my career. I always try to consider how they would feel about what I’ve created and whether it reflects the passion, pride, and standards they taught me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to help buy a home in Texas and start a new chapter of life with my girlfriend, our two horses, and a Highland cow.
