Receive Text UpdatesNot an actual dish but Japanese milk buns, shokupan. When i discovered how make bread from scratch, it was game over. Any holidays, I’d make and bring bread. Because of the many forms it has, it’s virtually in every cultures cuisine.
Who is your culinary inspiration? My aunt whom i call mom that raised me. No matter what was on the table, we ate. Because raised in an immigrant family, money was hard to come by therefore we learned that what was on the table was what we had and with that, made me appreciate it even more. Honestly, it was a good thing everything she made was great, from livers to gizzards to brain.
What would you do with the $25,000?Although it would be a dream of mine to own my own bar, restaurant or f&b company, i would first use it on my family and then invest in something afterwards so that i am able to invest in them even more.
