I think my honey Cajun Butter Sauce Chicken Wing would have to be my signature dish. It’s sticky, it’s smoky, it has a little spice to as well. It’s perfectly well rounded.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration I absolutely love Gordon Ramsay, I love watching him. I also feel that Tiffany Derry has been a big inspiration in the Southern Culinary world. Truth be told I watch culinary competitions all day long. I probably watch that more than anything else so I take my inspiration from a lot of different people.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have a few things that I need to pay off but I really want to go to culinary school. I would really love to do that. I’m currently a preschool teacher but outside of teaching my other dream is to be a chef and $25,000 would really help me toward both of those dreams.
