Who is your culinary inspiration?I follow Chef Marcus Samuelsson, Chef Martel Stone, and Chef Kwame Onwuachi.
What would you do with the $25,000?I am committed to the growth and logistical expansion of Explicit Events LLC so that more people can experience my authentic, natural flavor‑forward cuisine. It would possibly involve the procurement of a Food Trailer, Food Truck, or a strategic culinary partnership with local culinary establishment to increase accessibility and reach. I also would donate five to ten percent of the proceeds to organizations that promote the Culinary Arts.
