Who is your culinary inspiration?I have so many wonderful chef inspirations! My top chefs are Carla Hall, Gordon Ramsey, Emeril Lagasse, and my fav Pastry chef/Chocolatier is Amaury Guichon.
What would you do with the $25,000?As a new culinary chef, I would use the $25,000 to invest in a new culinary business, continue to invest in kitchen equipment and fresh ingredients in providing classes to all. It would help me with my passion for cooking into something meaningful that brings people together through food.
