My signature dish are my greens. My husband is West African. I am from Mississippi. I combined the West African method with my seasonings added east African spices and I serve it with rice like the West Africans eat it or fufu , and sometimes in injera. There are many things, my friends and family love that I make, but that one is the one that is a request year after year. It’s also disappointing when we have gatherings, and I don’t make it!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother’s.
What would you do with the $25,000?I will fine tune my navigation system and propel myself into a better direction in this life, and do my best to make sure I get to the righteousness, the peace and the joy that God promised me!
