Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my children. The passion & love I have for my children, my family & friends. I want to create and leave a legacy for my children. Cooking clears my mind and soul, especially when I get the chance to recreate not only traditional family dishes but also dishes from the new generation.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to get a new place for me and my children , also invest in a store/restaurant space for Nisha Amore Kitchen (the name of my restaurant).
