My signature dish is chicken and dumplings because it’s a comfort dish that feels like home to me. I love taking a simple classic and making it rich, flavorful, and full of heart. Food has always been about bringing people together, and this dish does exactly that. While chicken and dumplings is my personal favorite to make, I’m also known for my Italian cuisine. Friends and family are constantly asking me to cook Italian dishes because of the passion and creativity I bring

My biggest culinary inspiration is my family. From a young age, the kitchen was where I felt most at home, surrounded by love, comfort, and creativity. They encouraged my passion for cooking and supported my dream ever since I was 7 years old when I said I wanted to become a chef. Their influence taught me that food is more than just meals—it’s a way to bring people together and create lasting memories. That foundation continues to inspire me every time I step into the kitchen

If I were to win the $25,000, I would use it to travel the world and experience different cultures and cuisines firsthand. Even though I have completed my formal education, I believe the best learning comes from real-world experiences. I want to explore how different regions use ingredients, techniques, and traditions to create unique dishes. This journey would help me grow as a chef and inspire the future menu and vision for my own restaurant.
