Who is your culinary inspiration?Growing up my grandfather and mother . Weather it was Sunday dinners with the family or watching mom's pampered chef demos. As I got older Anthony Bourdain was the inspiration to go professional . His outlook on food and life it self was different and unique from the other chefs at the time .
What would you do with the $25,000?Honestly a good amount of it would go to my mother . It would help her improve her house and kitchen and just her over all quality of life . The rest I'd invest in new knives and equipment that I could use at home or at work
