I have a few family and friend favorites, green chicken enchiladas ,stuffed chicken breast or maybe a jambalaya...it's hard to pick,like my children,I love them all
Who is your culinary inspiration?I've been watching tv chefs from back in the day with the galloping gourmet,current Chefs influence would be Emeril ,Michael Symon & Rachel Ray...I would also rush home from work so I wouldn't miss "the Chew" crew
What would you do with the $25,000?Well back in late July of 2020,I caught a bad case of Covid 19,I fell into a Coma(you dream when you're in a coma)I was given 3% chance to live.Well I was recovering I laid there thinking about my 2nd chance at life and the things I still need to do,opening a restaurant is on my list,I was told I missed my calling by not being a chef,but I think maybe this is it...thanks to you
