Receive Text UpdatesI would have to say my garlic breadwiches. I figured out how to have a sandwich with garlic bread on the outside and they're awesome. I really love to grill also. I make a killer garlic ribeye skewer and a Filipino bbq pork skewer. I also came up with my own recipe for carne guisada after visiting Sam Antonio a couple of years ago. I spent a couple of months after that trip fine tuning the recipe.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandfather. When I was young I would join him in the kitchen to cook sometimes. He was the main person in my family that would explore different flavors when everyone else stuck to basic comfort foods.
What would you do with the $25,000?Pay off some debts to start. After that I'd love to do some more traveling with my wife so I can find more culinary surprises to fall in love with. I usually find new foods that I want to learn to cook as soon as I get back home.
