Who is your culinary inspiration?I have so many I started watching cooking shows when Carla Hall was competing Guy fieri, Bobby Flay I love Claudia Sandoval the first Latina to win Masterchef , Chef Benito Molina everyone of them have different styles of cooking and personality so my inspiration comes from many
What would you do with the $25,000?Continue to travel to visit more restaurants and learn about different cultures ways of cooking I have noticed throughout my travels that the people that have less gives more with their hospitality I didn’t know we were poor growing up because we always had food my mom cooked with what she had and it was always delicious
