I dont have a signature dish. I enjoy cooking seafood, any style. I come from a family that would fish and go shrimping. I also enjoy pastries and pies. Everyone fights for my cinnamon rolls!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother, Bertha. She laid out the foundation that would take me to where I am today. I've had a few great mentors in my life, but she was the one that started it all.
What would you do with the $25,000?Probably take a much needed vacation! Help my mother out and splurge on myself.
