Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Chef Jimmy Hill. He is the renowned Chef from Coldwater Kitchen that airs on Netflix. He recently won a James Beard Award for the documentary and is from my hometown. Chef Jimmy has traveled the world with his culinary experience but is recently employed by Michigan Department of Corrections where is a food technology instructor. I’ve had the pleasure to train with him while working within the department as well.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would purchase a food truck for daily operations. However I’d also contribute meals to those in need at least once a month from that very same truck.
