Connect What is your signature dish?

I think everyone would say it's my mashed potatoes. They love all my cooking, but this is the one everyone asks me if I am making anytime I am cooking & request all the time. It baffles my mind, because it is a simple recipe as most all my recipes are. 😋 It must be all the love ❤️ I have to give & when I cook, well anything I do is all smiles & happiness. I love cooking for everyone & seeing the smiles & hearing the silence as they fill there tummies because it's yummy 😋

Who is your culinary inspiration?

I really don't have a culinary inspiration. Growing up I always loved cooking with my mom & grandmas & aunts. I just love how a simple chore can become a amazingly wonderous laughter filled moment in your life. I love connecting with people & food, so I guess my mom, grandmas & aunts are my inspiration. They taught me so much & loved me so, that I just want to share that love with my loved ones & anyone who needs it

What would you do with the $25,000?

I lost my job due to health a year and a half ago and have been hospitalized 3 times since then at least 4 days or more each visit. I would use the money to get my son, cats & myself into a home again. So this would help us to get in a home & have a stable life again. This home will be a safe place for young adults to come to get guidance & to get stable to move out on there own, all they need is a bed, food & love & I love to share & help
