Slow-braised until fork-tender and paired with seasonal accompaniments, it’s a dish that showcases my attention to detail, respect for ingredients, and ability to create memorable guest experiences.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is chef Julia Child. I admire how she made classic French techniques approachable while maintaining a deep respect for quality ingredients and craftsmanship. Her passion for teaching and commitment to continuous learning inspire me to keep growing as a chef and to share knowledge with my team.
What would you do with the $25,000?Planning a destination wedding currently, so I would put half the money towards that and the other half towards my business.
