Receive Text UpdatesMy (current) signature dish is Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. It’s my favorite dish to make for family and friends when they visit; or when I come to them! It’s a simple, yet impactful dish that’s always delicious, everyone comes back for seconds.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my family. Watching my Mom cook family dinners. My Brother making me lunch. My Uncle introducing new foods and flavors to me. Also, food itself. I now enjoy grocery shopping and looking for new ingredients and thinking about how I would use them.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000, I would definitely invest in getting a car. I’d place some in my savings account. Take myself on a mini vacation. And use the rest to host pop up dinner events and kickstart my culinary career. I ultimately want to own my own restaurant, so I want to start wherever I can with exposure, and getting people to learn my food style.
