Receive Text Updates"Just in Case" chicken is something I came up with for my son to bring to his friends' homes in the event there weren't gluten-free options. It's an Asian inspired dish with soy sauce, sesame oil and seeds, garlic, ginger, sriracha and honey. I shake it up and let it marinate in a Ziploc bag overnight. It's best served with jasmine rice and veggies of your choice!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I worked in the dining hall during all 4 years of college. It was there that I developed my passion for multicultural cooking. The cooks showed me the recipes they prepared for their families at home, in between our rounds of late poker.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would remodel my kitchen and make room for my ever expanding collection of spices and flavor schemed condiments! It would be nice to open the cabinet and not get hit in the head with a jar of Portuguese Piri Piri!
