Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiriation would have to be my Grandma "Mimi" I was raised on her cooking and would watch her prepare the meals with such love, energy, and so much flavor, confident everybody would want more. I was always asking questions and interested in what she was doing that was smelling so good.? And I'm glad that I did because I love what I do and I am good at it
