Who is your culinary inspiration?My mentor was Chef Mark Miller who passed away last year. As far as celebrity chefs that inspire me, I like Alton Brown, Wylie Dufresne, and Emeril Lagasse. Also when I was going through culinary school, I was a huge fan of the original Iron Chef.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it towards a brick and mortar or use it to expand my food truck.
