My signature dish is called “VooDoo Catfish”. It is fried catfish, on top of a bed of jambalaya with a shrimp and mushroom cream sauce!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have many friends in the culinary world and I’d have to say every single one of them! I’m so blessed to be surrounded with such amazing people.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put it into savings and eventually it would help to build our shop building with a commercial kitchen and living quarters for guests!
