Who is your culinary inspiration?Other than Chef Carla Hall and Marcus Samuelsson, my greatest culinary inspirations come from my family. My Great-Great Aunt was a chef who taught my father, who later taught me. My grandmother on my mother’s side passed down traditional Chicago recipes and the importance of cooking with love, intention, and soul.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000, I could expand The Food Therapy Club through marketing, equipment, and meal production while continuing my mission to create healing, soulful food that brings people together and nourishes the body from the inside out.
