Receive Text UpdatesI wouldn't say I have a signature dish but a signature style. Taking things that shouldn't work and making them work, flipping original ideas on their heads and making something never seen before.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Alton brown was my inspiration when I was younger, watching good eats and learning from his show and cooking myself helped me through depression in high school. In college it was my mentor chef Conrad, who gave me advice that will always stay with me. My current inspiration are my kids, to be a proper role model and help lead and guide them. They are also my strongest critics!
What would you do with the $25,000?Maybe a vacation, but mainly I would like to use the money to help build and further my career, reach others with my food to inspire them the same way food inspired me to keep living. Also my wife deserves something nice for dealing with me and the kids.
