Receive Text UpdatesI would have to say it is Kalbi but, with chicken thighs. I will cook traditional style with short ribs if I am cooking for a big group. As I have gotten older my taste buds are consistently changing, I never loved blue cheese and now I cannot seem to get enough! lol
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Mother was my original inspiration. As a single mother of 4 raising her children in Hawaii, she consistently created dinners out of thin air!
What would you do with the $25,000?Pay down debt, and invest in my ever-burgeoning garden, I am working to expand my grow profile to help offset my food bills. It is hard to afford the "affordable groceries!"
