Who is your culinary inspiration?I enjoyed watching Iron chef and my favorites were Morimoto and Hiroyuki sakai..My ultimate hero in the industry would have to be the late Great Tony Bourdain...I watch his shows repeatedly and enjoy traveling with him through his shows.He was an amazing writer and a true inspiration to so many..
What would you do with the $25,000?I have always dreamed of opening my own restaurant and Traveling..I would put it towards both..When you travel you learn about different cultures and foods and that makes me very happy..Sharing food is Love and Happiness to me..
