Who is your culinary inspiration?I never had one celebrity chef I wanted to imitate. My journey into cooking came from necessity during difficult seasons of my life, and overtime. It became a passion and creative outlet. I’ve learned from experience, professional, kitchens, and years of studying food, but my biggest inspiration has been developing my own style. Elevated comfort food that feels soulful, warm, and genuinely connect with people.
What would you do with the $25,000?Winning $25,000 would help me grow BlueCaesar Foods into a real business. I did invest in expanding my spice blends, publishing, more cookbooks, creating content, and building a brand focused on elevated comfort, food, and connection through cooking. It would also give me financial stability and the ability to invest in better equipment, branding, and opportunities to turn my passion into a long-term career
