Southern Asian fusion but old style smoked bbq is my game. Trained in sushi and Thai cuisine. I pretty much can cook anything you throw at me and make it elegant and very nicely plated.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Hell.ive worked with them all. And van willigan was my boss for a few years, ive done multiple food and wine festivals. Worked with flay, Stewart, morimoto, chang, Irvine, lagasse, there is just too many to list.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would help out my mom. She is the one who got me into cooking and she basically raised me by herself with little help. I think its only fair to give back and its no where enough that she has given and taught to me.
