I don’t have one but I honestly should. I give my all into every dish and love to see the final product of anything I cook. But if I had to choose it would be baked lobster tails in creamy white sauce.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother has always been my inspiration for cooking. She was a caterer growing up and I’ve watched the love she’s gotten from her food and I want to experience that with my own culinary expertise.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would buy a food truck!! I’ve always been intrigued with the diversity of customers when running a good food truck. I love to meet new people and hopefully share my culinary story along the way.
