Who is your culinary inspiration?I draw inspiration from all the chefs who came before me, especially culinary pioneers like James Hemings, whose talent and innovation helped shape American cuisine. I’m also inspired by the countless kitchens I’ve been blessed to work in alongside chefs from many different ethnic backgrounds and cultures. Every kitchen, every story, and every shared tradition has helped shape my culinary style and deepened my passion for bringing people together through food
What would you do with the $25,000?Wining the $25,000 prize, I would use it to bring my dream concept, Atlas Burritos, to life by purchasing and building out a food truck. The goal is to create a mobile culinary experience that brings globally inspired flavors directly to communities through bold, creative burritos influenced by cultures from around the world. This opportunity would help turn years of passion, hard work, and culinary vision into a growing business that connects people through food.
