It’s one of those dishes that brings people together around the table and reminds me why I fell in love with cooking in the first place. Simple, comforting, and made with care every single time.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Anthony Bourdain inspired me to explore food as a way to connect with people and cultures, while Julia Child taught me that cooking should be joyful, approachable, and never intimidating. Their passion for food, storytelling, and teaching continues to influence the way I cook and share my love of the culinary world with others.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use part of the $25,000 to take my wife and two daughters on a trip to Italy. It’s one of the most beautiful and meaningful places my wife and I have ever experienced together, and I would love to share that with our girls. The rest would go toward growing my culinary content and teaching platform by investing in better filming equipment so I can continue teaching people around the world how to cook, build confidence in the kitchen, and bring families together through food.
