Receive Text UpdatesI don't have a signature dish per se; however, at Sweet Lew's, the BBQ joint I'm the pitmaster of, I am doing 52 different sausages in 52 weeks as a creative challenge to myself. So let's go with SAUSAGE!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I don't really have one. I've taken things that I admire from all of the Chef's I have had the pleasure (or lack thereof) of working with. Other than my grandmother and Chef Martin Yan (Yan Can Cook), I'd say my culinary inspiration is proving doubters wrong about me and what I set my mind to.
What would you do with the $25,000?With a 4-year-old and a baby boy on the way, the money would help out all over my world. From a business standpoint, I want to invest in myself and Sweet Lew's BBQ and publish a comprehensive sausage making cookbook titled, "52ish Links in 52 weeks".
