Recently i have been working with Tourism Ireland to show diversity in Irish Cuisine, from baking to cooking. I love traditional irish breads, Beef and Guinness stew, For a restaurant style, Pan seared Halibut, Cauliflower puree, cauliflower rice, and a lemon beurre blanc . Im traditional and spend 7 years on cape cod so i love seafood!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I really love Dan Barber, his farm to table concept and sustainability projects really interest me.
What would you do with the $25,000?Try to get my cookbook started! And open up my business, its called Homemade By Ciaran
