Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandparents, they were not professional cooks but made exceptional food as a team. my grandma (mom) would bake cakes (quince/wedding) and grampa would decorate it. My Grandpa(dad) would grow his own food and grandma would make cheese and clean and cook nopales bare handed.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in my business and make the jump from Tx cottage law to commercial. I want to see my products in stores.
