Receive Text UpdatesI don’t really know if I have a signature dish. I do enjoy making curry dishes. I do enjoy braising meats and I do enjoy cooking southern style food with some kick. My mind runs wild in the kitchen. I do love and making spicy dishes from chicken wings. That will blow your mind all the way up to curry chicken with a coconut based sauce from cooking all the vegetables and peppers and onions and garlic and chilies, etc. I love infusing food with so many different flavors and wonderful ingred
Who is your culinary inspiration?I would have to say my mother watching her in the kitchen every night she always cooked home-cooked meals and it never missed no matter what so I learned a lot of flavor bouncing from her meals
What would you do with the $25,000?Well, what would I do with the $25,000 honestly take a very nice trip and enjoy some culinary inspirations I would pay off some bills and then live a very comfortable life with my family
