Who is your culinary inspiration?I no longer have just one source of inspiration. What chefs are accomplishing today-across every level and style of cuisine-is truly remarkable. Fine dining kitchens, diners and family-owned restaurants, chefs are constantly challenging conventions, finding new ways to make even the simplest ingredients extraordinary. The creativity, passion, and dedication throughout our profession inspires me. This is a demanding business, it's important we learn from, support and inspire one another.
