Coq Au Vin Coq Au Vin is a traditional French stew where chicken is slowly braised in red wine and garnished with mushrooms and pearl onions. Nourishing and comforting, it is easy enough to serve to your family on a cold night, but also so rich and decadent that it will definitely impress friends at a dinner party.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef Grant Achatz is my biggest inspiration. He’s such a talented Chef.
What would you do with the $25,000?If i were to win. I would start my own business. A catering company or Foodtruck to showcase my work and dishes to local cities nearby.
