What is your signature dish?

My signature dish is my elevated smash burger creations. I focus on bold flavor combinations, house-made toppings, and chef-driven creativity that changes with the seasons. One standout is my bourbon peach smash burger with creamy brie, balancing sweet, smoky, savory, and rich flavors in every bite. I love taking comfort food people know and turning it into something unexpected, memorable, and packed with personality.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspirations are Anthony Bourdain and Gordon Ramsay. Bourdain inspired me to respect culture, authenticity, and the stories behind food, while Ramsay inspired my intensity, standards, and drive for excellence in the kitchen. Together, they shaped how I approach cooking: fearless creativity, hard work, and food that leaves a lasting impression.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won the $25,000, I would invest it into growing the charity outreach my restaurant already offers. Giving back to the community has always been important to me, whether it’s helping families in need, supporting local causes, feeding first responders, or creating events that bring people together. This opportunity would allow me to expand those efforts, reach more people, and make a bigger impact through food and community support.
