Receive Text UpdatesSpecialty would be Italian cooking. I usually cook for 70 to 100 people . I love to make a tomato basil marinara and meatballs, lasagna. I also prepare a Roast pork with a dijon crust. Can't forget my meatloaf with smashed potatoes.This is what I cook for my church. I need help with new techniques and recipes. Teach an old dog new recipes. PLEASE 🙏 I really could use some help blending new flavors and menu ideas 💡. Thanks
Who is your culinary inspiration?God, gives my grace. Any chef that shows me new techniques. I always watch food videos for new ideas. I'm so blessed to serve the members of my church. The smiles of everyone with a full belly inspires me the most.
What would you do with the $25,000?Donate to my church for a new kitchen upgrade. Cuffently we have one convection oven, hot plate and a small flat top. We need a lot of equipment. I use what the church has provided . The update would be so helpful for our cafe. I have always been seeking donations for kitchen items on Facebook. So many generous people donated a steam table, professional meat slicer, food processor and much more which a wish I could list. Thanks for reading this. Praying for this BIG Win!!. GOD IS GOOD!
