Receive Text UpdatesMy signaiture dish is a chicken skin wrapped chicken breast stuffed with boursin, cranberries and ground chicken. Served with a garlic pomme puree, carrots ala vichy and a chicken demi glace.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration is my high school culinary teacher. She inspires me to be an amazing teacher and an amazing cook. She is one of the reasons I chose to pursue cooking for my career.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to assist in educating my high school culinary students. Whether that be trips for them, equipment or open up avenues for them to advance their training outside the classroom by funding my small personal chef business.
