It's very difficult to choose 1 dish. I've been extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with talented Chefs from a variety of culinary backgrounds. I believe that quality ingredients are most important and pride myself on simplicity when it comes to cooking. All that being said, I feel "comfort food" is where I excel.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Originally, my father was my inspiration for cooking. We would watch Julia Child and Jacques Pepin on Channel 13 together and then I'd watch and try and help him cook dinner.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the winnings as a start for my ultimate goal of owning and running a Bed & Breakfast...
