Receive Text UpdatesEverything I cook and create has my signature on it. Classic French, rustic Italian, classic creole…it is all about flavor. My current signature dish is a southern white bean stew with pan seared Muscovy duck, local blueberry vinegar.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Menus. The desire to eat and taste. Making people browse my menu over and over because every thing on it is trial tested and shouts at you.
What would you do with the $25,000?Donate half to feedmore Richmond which is my favorite non profit, and the other half would be a trip to Spain to dine at some starred restaurants.
